The warranty for Titan air movers extends to the original purchaser, protecting against material and craftsmanship defects under normal and intended usage. The warranty is valid for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

Power cords are not covered by warranty of any kind. 

A product shall not be considered defective if it is a different color than shown in Titan’s marketing materials, whether in print or electronic form, and no warranty is made relating to color. All dimensions and weights are nominal, and no warranty is made relating to dimensions or weights. All requests by the buyer for warranty work and/or replacement are subject to product inspection at Titan’s facility. The buyer must ship the product to Titan at the buyer’s expense for evaluation. For approved warranty claims made within thirty (30) days of shipment to the buyer, Titan will ship the repaired blower back to the buyer at the Titan’s expense.

All approved and repaired warranty claims made within 365 days of the original purchase date will ship back to the buyer at the buyer’s expense. For approved warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for all shipping expenses. Ordinary wear and tear will not invalidate Titan’s limited warranty, but misuse, improper handling or storage, improper repairs or alterations, improper maintenance and care, or accidental, abusive, or negligent treatment of the product will invalidate Titan’s warranty.

The buyer must use the correct equipment and must convey all ground surfaces at all times to ensure the safety of users and the equipment. This warranty is not a guarantee that the product will not, through use, handling, or storage, develop cracks or punctures from time to time, the repair of which is the responsibility of the buyer. All shipping costs will be borne solely by the buyer. No statement, remark, or representation by any employee or agent of Titan may vary this limited warranty unless in writing and signed by the president of Titan.
